I’m back online after fighting a spring injury (yes, I’ve been silent…injuries suck and bum me out) and my wife giving birth to a new son in May. Still in the newborn haze of less than ideal sleep, but back training and glad to see some nice weather, FINALLY, in Central Oregon.
